- · Recommends keeping to a specific diet or combination of foods based on your blood type or genetic profile.
- · The focus of the diet is on rapid weight loss and not on your overall health and nutrition.
- · No scientific evidence can be provided for the recommended diet or it is based on a secret not known by medical professionals.
